Rohit Dhar, born and brought up in Kashmir, started his career as a teacher after completing his post-graduation in 1988. After moving to Delhi in 1990, he began pursuing his ambition of getting into educational publishing. He started his journey as a modest sub-editor and worked his way through to become chief-editor and then publishing head in various organisations.
Before co-founding Eupheus, Rohit worked as V.P., Learning Solutions, Encyclopedia Britannica. In his long tenure of more than 25 years, he has worked as Publishing Director in various renowned publishing organisations like Oxford University Press, Pearson Longman, Vikas Publishing House, Goyal Bros., Frank Bros., to name a few. Rohit is respected for his sound publishing insight and knowledge, and his editorial and technical expertise. He has the gift of predicting future trends in education and making them relevant and workable.
